Characteristics of A10VG series plunger pump:
1. The A10VG series variable axial piston adopts a swash plate design and is used for static hydraulic transmission in closed circuits.
2. The flow rate is directly proportional to the driving speed and displacement, and can achieve infinite regulation. 3. The output flow rate increases as the swash plate swing angle increases from zero to the maximum value.
4. Swinging the swash plate over the center position can smoothly change the direction of liquid flow
5. The high-throughput control block provides various control and adjustment functions.
6. Each high-pressure side is equipped with two relief valves to prevent overload of the hydrostatic transmission
7. The overflow valve also serves as an oil replenishment valve.
8. Built in oil replenishment pump used as fuel supply and control pump
9. The maximum oil replenishment pressure is limited by the built-in oil replenishment overflow valve.
Installation instructions for A10VG series plunger pump:
1. During trial operation and operation, the axial piston components must be filled with hydraulic oil and drained of air. After a long period of shutdown, oil injection and exhaust operations are also required to prevent the system from leaking oil through hydraulic pipelines.
2. The leaked oil inside the casing must be discharged to the oil tank through the highest oil outlet of the casing, and the minimum suction pressure of the oil outlet must not be lower than an absolute pressure of 0.8 bar. (0.5 bar absolute pressure during cold start)
3. In all working conditions, the oil suction pipeline and the housing drain pipeline must enter the oil tank and be below the minimum oil level.
