The fundamental reason for the lack of pressure in the oil circuit control of the plunger pump? 

  1. The malfunction phenomenon of the plunger pump system is that when the solenoid valve in the electro-hydraulic valve is reversed, the hydraulic direction change threshold does not operate, and the hydraulic system is detected. When the system is not working, the pressure oil from the plunger pump is directly returned to the oil tank through the middle position of the hydraulic valve in the electro-hydraulic valve, and there is no back pressure in the return oil circuit. Check the slide valve core of the hydraulic valve, it moves normally without any jamming phenomenon. 

  2. Because the electro-hydraulic valve is externally controlled and returns oil, in the control oil circuit of the medium and low pressure electro-hydraulic valve, the oil generally must have a pressure of 0-2-0.3 MPa for controlling the oil circuit and operating the hydraulic valve. When starting the system, due to the fact that the pump outputs oil directly back to the oil tank through the ^ - type hydraulic valve, there is no pressure in the control oil circuit of the electro-hydraulic directional valve. When the ATOS solenoid valve in the electro-hydraulic valve is reversed, the control oil cannot push the hydraulic valve to change direction, so the hydraulic valve in the electro-hydraulic valve does not operate. What is the oil return process of the plunger pump? The amount of fuel supplied per cycle by the plunger pump depends on the stroke of the fuel supplied, which is variable without being controlled by the camshaft. The start time of fuel supply does not change with the change of fuel supply stroke. Turning the plunger can change the timing of the end of fuel supply, thereby changing the amount of fuel supplied. When the plunger pump is working, the cam on the camshaft of the fuel injection pump and the plunger spring force the plunger to move back and forth, thereby completing the pumping task. The pumping process can be divided into the following two stages. During the return oil process of the plunger pump, the plunger supplies oil upwards. When the inclined groove (stop supply side) on the plunger is connected to the return oil hole on the sleeve, the low-pressure oil circuit in the pump oil chamber communicates with the middle hole, radial hole, and inclined groove on the plunger head. The oil pressure suddenly drops, and the oil outlet valve quickly closes under the action of the spring force, stopping the supply of oil. Afterwards, the plunger will continue to move upwards. When the protruding part of the cam rotates, under the action of the spring, the plunger will move downwards again. At this point, the next cycle begins. The plunger pump is introduced based on the principle of a plunger. There are two one-way valves on a plunger pump, which are in opposite directions. When the plunger moves in one direction, negative pressure occurs in the cylinder. At this time, one one-way valve opens and the liquid is sucked into the cylinder. When the plunger moves in the other direction, the liquid is compressed and the other one-way valve opens, and the liquid sucked into the cylinder is discharged. This working mode forms continuous fuel supply after continuous movement.
