The displacement range of the PV/PVT series plunger pump is 14.4 to 130.0ml/rev (0.88 to 7.93 in'rev), with a continuous working pressure of 280 bar (4000 psi). The variable forms include: pressure compensation (constant pressure) variable, pressure compensation variable with pressure control port, load sensing variable, and torque limit (equivalent to constant power) variable.

Install;

This series of hydraulic pumps is designed to operate in any installation posture, and its mounting flange and two hole mounting flange fully comply with SAE standards. During installation, it is necessary to ensure the coaxiality between the pump's transmission shaft and the drive shaft of the prime mover. A dial gauge should be used for inspection: the corresponding installation positioning hole must be concentric with the coupling, which is particularly important for rigid connection installation without the use of elastic couplings.

Spline: When installed with a bracket, the allowable coaxiality deviation (reading difference on the dial gauge) of the drive shaft is 0.06mm (0.002in). When installed with a flange, it is 0.03mm (0.001in). The inclination deviation between the spline shaft and the spline hole relative to the positioning surface should be less than ± 0.002 mm/mm (± 0.002 in/in): The spline hole should meet the side fit and level 5 accuracy requirements specified in SAE-J498c, and the heat treatment hardness should be RCc27-34.

The joint surface of the coupling must be lubricated, and it is recommended to use lithium molybdenum disulfide or similar lubricating grease.

Ping Jian: High strength keys must be used, with a heat treatment hardness of Rc27-34. The edges should be chamfered 0.75-1 (0.03-0.04) x 45 "to eliminate the influence of rounded corners on the bottom edge of the keyway.

The shell pressure should not be higher than the suction pressure by 0.9 bar (15 psi). Before connecting the shell oil discharge pipeline to the oil tank, some of the pipelines should be higher than the high liquid level of the oil tank and connected to the oil tank at a point lower than the liquid level. The connection point should be as far away as possible from the pump's suction port. All pipelines, whether hard or soft, should have corresponding diameters and strengths to ensure that the fluid flow can freely flow through the hydraulic pump. If the diameter of the suction pipeline is too small, the hydraulic pump cannot operate at the rated full speed; and if the diameter of the outlet is too small, it will generate back pressure and cause heating.

It is recommended to use flexible hose connections. If a rigid pipeline connection is used, the piping work should be done accurately to reduce the connection stress between the hydraulic pump and the pipeline. Sharp bending of pipelines should be avoided as much as possible. All pipelines of the system should be cleaned with solvents before installing the hydraulic pump, and the entire hydraulic system should be confirmed to be free of dust particles, fabric fibers, oxide skin, and other foreign impurities.

Maintenance of PV-PVT series plunger pumps that must be understood:

This series of hydraulic pumps has self-lubricating function, and the maintenance required is only protective. As long as the filter element of the hydraulic system is frequently replaced to keep the working fluid clean, all pipe fittings and screws of the system should be kept tight. Usually, using a filter with a filtration accuracy of 10um can meet this requirement for oil cleanliness. Good oil cleanliness can effectively extend the service life of hydraulic components. The invasion and generation of pollutants vary under different application conditions. Therefore, specific analysis should be conducted on the pollution situation under actual operating conditions to determine the corresponding filtration method to meet the requirements of maintaining oil cleanliness.
