The F11 series follows the current ISOheSAE standard configuration for installing the fan flange and shaft end.

The consistent spherical plunger design also enables the F12 motor to be suitable for high-speed shaft speeds, providing high output power capability when the pressure is adjusted to 480 par.

The shaft and cylinder are positioned at a 40 ° angle, and the structure of the motor and pump is compact and lightweight.


The multi layered piston ring provides important advantages such as preventing low internal leakage and thermal shock resistance.

The highly designed pump valve plate increases its self suction speed and low noise, and can provide two types of rotation: left and right.

F12x series motors start at high torque and low speed.


The unique timing gear, synchronous shaft, and cylinder design make the FF12 series motor highly resistant to high (G) forces and torsional vibrations.


Heavy cylindrical roller bearings can withstand a continuous large amount of external axial and radial loads.

1. Be sure to thoroughly clean the fuel tank pipelines and other components to ensure the first requirement for oil cleanliness; The focus is on cleaning all interfaces, joints, and other components of the hydraulic oil tank and components.

2. Oil suction filter: The oil suction filter should be cleaned and replaced regularly to ensure that the vacuum degree at the oil suction port is not less than 0.68 bar absolute pressure.

3. Requirements for oil temperature: The temperature rise of the hydraulic oil should not exceed 100C when the engine is started and the hydraulic system operates for 5 minutes; The hydraulic system should work for 10 minutes, and the temperature rise of the hydraulic oil should not exceed 300C.

4. Starting temperature: When the ambient temperature is above 200C, let the engine idle for 3-5 minutes before loading and entering the working state; When the ambient temperature is below 200C, let the engine idle for at least 30 minutes, wait for the oil temperature to reach around 200C before loading and entering the working state.

5. Safety requirements for handling: When handling the hydraulic pump motor, be careful not to collide the control handle and relief valve of the pump with hard objects. Severe impact can cause external oil leakage in the control valve, servo cylinder, oil pump, and relief valve. It is important to handle with care during handling.

6. Shell oil injection: After installing the pump and motor and connecting the system correctly, inject clean oil into the pump or motor, remove the upper drain pipe, and tighten the joint when the oil flows out. Ensure lubrication of the rotating body inside the pump during idle operation, otherwise it is easy to wear or burn out the rotating components.

7. Do not disassemble: When there is a problem with the hydraulic system, non hydraulic professionals should not disassemble pump or motor components without authorization. You may not know the consequences and may cause huge losses.
