PVB plunger pump installation and start-up settings:

It is recommended to install horizontally and maintain the necessary liquid level inside the casing. Before starting, inject system oil into the housing through the high drain port. The housing must always be filled with oil to provide internal lubrication.

The shell drain pipe must have a full diameter without restriction and be directly connected to the oil tank from the high drain port to keep the shell filled with oil. The piping of the pipeline must avoid siphoning and must end below the liquid level of the oil tank. Other pipelines must not be connected to this drain pipe.

When starting for the first time, it may be necessary to discharge air from the pump's oil outlet to promote filling and reduce noise. The exhaust adopts a loose oil outlet connection until continuous oil flow appears.
